You will receive a digital proof within 72 hours of placing your order before the print is sent to production.

Please approve the proof or advise as to any requested revisions within 3 business days of receiving the proof, otherwise your order will be canceled and refunded. Please keep an eye on your email inbox and spam to make sure you don't miss the proof!

If for some reason, you can't find the proof after 72 hours has passed, just email us at contact@thelightedlifeco.com and we will resend the proof. We will provide as many revisions as needed to get the design perfect!

All of our items are made to order through our trusted print partner, so please allow 5–7 business days for production and processing.
