Shipping and Returns Policy
SHIPPING:
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
All of our items are made to order so please allow 5–7 business days for production and processing.
The estimated delivery is 8–12 business days from the time your order is placed.
Please note: If you are ordering multiple items, your items may ship separately. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Note on Free Shipping Minimum: Digital products do not count toward the free shipping minimum of $100 since no shipping is required for these items.
REFUNDS/ RETURNS:
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at contact@thelightedlifeco.com so that we can seek to rectify your issue.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at the email above with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you. No refunds are provided for buyer's remorse.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of our downloadable items, no refund or cancellation can be issued.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS:
If a product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@thelightedlifeco.com and provide a detailed description and clear photos of the issue. All issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery. Once received, we will process a replacement for you at no additional cost.
LOST IN TRANSIT:
If your order shows no movement for an extended period, please let us know. At times, there may be carrier delays, particularly around the holidays. If an order has not arrived, please let us know no later than that 28 days after the estimated delivery date. If your package is confirmed to be lost, we will typically cover the cost of a replacement.
For lost or stolen packages marked as delivered via your tracking link, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with the delivery carrier. Once the item has been passed to the delivery carrier, The Lighted Life Collective is no longer responsible and no refund or free replacement will be provided.
